Toys are essential for an indoor cat, and although not essential, an outdoor cat deserves just the same amount of fun. They are important for your cat due to the exercise they get from playing. There are no limitations to the creativity you can come up with to make fun cat toys and if your pocket books are tight, getting creative could save you some of that extra money.
